PGHQ has ordered an immediate stop to activities of Reprographic Rights Organisation, an organisation that knocked at the doors of every business involved in content production demanding US$300 for what it calls copyright licence fees. Business persons said they are being swindled, they complained that the levy demanded is illegitimate, has never been explained to the public, RROZ agents harassed and threatened them and that the use of cops on levy collection missions is unconventional. In the video, an RROZ fails to explain for who they were collecting the money and to what use it would be put.
