Nicely done, including the elevation on the rebar. I don’t always see that done or done properly (too close to the ground).

Concrete is porous, why not use a waterproof membrane below it? We use them in our projects.

I see it leaking in the near future. Why not do a double mat for both the retaining wall/standing wall and base?
