Really? All my saved credentials are lost ? Is this a local tech app or an authorised government app which stores all sensitive and personal data. How can it just go like that? And you want us to re create all credentials again ? I will travel through normal entry.
You should've sent a simple in-app notification to redirect users to install the new app. Right now, the older app forces you to go for an update and then stops working without any notification.

Switching the apps doesn't carry forward the previously added boarding passes. At least the data should have been carried forward.
DigiYatra is not available on Apple App Store. Giving automated responses does not help. You are loosing citizens confidence in the system. @GoI_MeitY @MoCA_GoI can kindly look into the same.
