The Mooseweiler puppy has made a friend! Dexter lives next door. He's about 8 years old and was a rescue from Mexico. Dexter barks at EVERYONE. Someone walks down the sidewalk, Dexter is at the gate beside his house barking. Someone walks on the path behind the house. Dexter is at the fence barking. I go outside to pee. Dexter let's the world know. We're by no means enemies, but I wouldn't call us friends. More like fence acquaintances. I've been on a walk with him, and we've visited each other's yards to try and reduce his need to bark at me. We even took out some of the fencing slats so he could see me better to see if sniffing through the fence would reduce his barking. Not really, but it definitely helped me to be less concerned about his barking. If I go out, I usually give him a nod from halfway across the yard and just give him space. Sometimes I go to give him a sniff at the fence and as long as it's just he and I it's fine. But if Kenji's there and I sniff the fence and Dexter barks, Kenji starts barking and leaping on me, and it just creates chaos. Oddly enough if Kenji is out by himself or what out together and I don't go near the fence while Dexter is out, Kenji just ignores him. Until now. This time we were outside and Dexter barked at me. Kenji jumped on me, I barked at Kenji and the human called me and let me inside. She left Kenji outside and this time he decided to go to the fence and sniff Dexter. Of course Dexter barked. Kenji made one of his weird goose noises and dropped into a play bow wagging his tail excitedly. Dexter bounced off the fence and barked. So Kenji wiggled harder. And then Dexter did what he typically does, runs along the fence and back to bark some more. Except this time when he ran, Kenji ran too. And when they came back, Dexter let out a bark and they raced again. Over and over. That's probably the most Dexter has ran in a year! It's great they made friends. Detaining someone without charges, denying access to an attorney, using force without justification, and operating without identification, are violations of basic constitutional rights. And the hospital went along with it… Allowing unknown men to keep someone restrained without verifying who they were, or why he was being held. And if this sounds familiar, it should. The first time this happened, in October, ICE tried to claim he caused the crash, and video proved they were lying. Now, they’re escalating against the same target, and still no accountability. He’s a U.S. citizen. They rammed his car, detained him without cause, blocked his lawyers, held him in a hospital like a prisoner… and then released him with no charges, because there were none. the one thing i am most impressed about agents is how they can run the full production like if they were a big team they start the script and i see how they are surgically working on each part and validate at each stage... there is a researcher, there is a guy that iterates on the hook until it is perfect, it gives scores for each part, and won't jump into the next part until approved then it gets passed to another agent who takes care of the storyboard... this guy then sends it to another guy who create the visuals, another one who is an expert cinematographer, and so on... all this happening in front of my eyes, a team working together with minimal human input, and the only part i have to take care of, is the part i enjoy the most which is the visuals

the one thing i am most impressed about agents is how they can run the full production like if they were a big team they start the script and i see how they are surgically working on each part and validate at each stage... there is a researcher, there is a guy that iterates on the hook until it is perfect, it gives scores for each part, and won't jump into the next part until approved then it gets passed to another agent who takes care of the storyboard... this guy then sends it to another guy who create the visuals, another one who is an expert cinematographer, and so on... all this happening in front of my eyes, a team working together with minimal human input, and the only part i have to take care of, is the part i enjoy the most which is the visuals

This guy in the back coming down the ramp into the parking garage honks his horn at the car in front of him. The car in front of him is waiting for two cars in front of himself to get into the parking garage. The guy at the front of the line is having issues with the parking ticket machine. First this guy in the back honks, then he gets out of his car and stares like that is going to change something. Then he walks over and tells the second car to move up and then he starts to walk over to the guy at the ticket machine like he’s going to hurry him along too, like he’s actually doing something to move the line along. What is he achieving? Be patient. Many people said they would take extra time now just to be slow on purpose. What is the hurry? Would you ever pull in and honk right away and then get out of your car to try and move people up a few feet and then try to hurry the line up?

🐒 Look at this! Punch kun has become very good friends with all the new baby monkeys at Ichikawa Zoo. The zoo had a good idea. They let many baby monkeys be born this year so Punch can play with them and feel happy. And the idea is working very well! The little baby monkeys think Punch is the same age as them. They like him a lot. they always come running back to play with Punch. They spin in circles together. They gently bite each other. They play wrestling. Two babies fight against Punch. They pull each other and roll on the ground. It looks so cute! The babies try very hard to win against their big brother Punch. They look so serious when they wrestle. But they are not scared of him. They know Punch is not too big. He will not hurt them. So they feel safe and happy to play with him every day. These are very happy days for Punch. He now has many little friends to play with! ❤️

As the Trump Arraignment is sure to divide us even further, Gavin Newsom's appearance on Hannity last night was incredible. I wish that more liberals like Newsom would go on Hannity and have the dialogue and debate like he did. I think a problem with the media culture today is that each party refuses to associate with the media that is considered to be "the other side". This is why echo chambers continue. I don't like Hannity's ideologies, but I would certainly listen each night if he would have liberal guests on and let them talk. Let them push back. Let them explain why they think like they do. Yesterday we hosted a Twitter Space with former FBI Counterintelligence agent Peter Strzok. We had both sides asking him questions and doing so in a respectful manner. It was amazing and I think we all left the Space more knowledgable and with a better understanding of why the other side thinks the way they do. We laughed together, we agreed together and most importantly we understood each other. More dialogue, less echo chambers!
