SWV had never received an award until 2017.

I checked and they won a Billboard Award in 1993

They had competition TLC En Vouge Destinys child in the late 90s Mary J They didn't fit the image of a darling group

That’s disrespectful

The disrespect

I thought this was a GRAMMY award. They do certainly DESERVED at least 1. How BLU IVY has more GRAMMY'S than SWV is BEYOND ME???? Can someone explain 🤔.

Without a SWV their wouldn’t be a TLC or Destiny Child they paved the way and they don’t have a Grammy

they came out at the same time

This is crazy

Which leads me to believe they still have their souls…

Their glow up since then is wild!

They were up against stiff competition with En Vogue and TLC. Same with Xscape
