Sydney Ferries is fantastic... so fast and efficient, even with its manually operated gangways, and seemingly unbothered by the wakes its ships create. A very skilled crew. Such an incredible way to get around. Its network and fleet feel about 20x the size of Vancouver's SeaBus.

A short film about my World Cup in the United States. It was a celebration of football, of a way of playing that I believe in, and of the people who make this game so fascinating. But it was also a journey through a country I discovered in a completely different way: its cities, its people, its contradictions and its incredible energy. And yes, I had a fantastic time. That doesn’t mean I’ve forgotten the uncomfortable questions around how the World Cup is organised, or the criticism surrounding FIFA and its leadership. Both things can be true: you can love football, enjoy the people and the experience, and still question the way the game is run. This is simply my World Cup story. You already know that my next episode of Classics with Sudhir features Manchester by the Sea, marking ten years since its release. Director Prabhuram Vyas (Lover) and I talk about its portrayal of depression and grief, its casual humour, its focus on everyday life, and, of course, the devastating idea at its centre: What if you simply cannot beat it?
