When I was living in NC, the neighbors there were ok except the old lady next door would always block my driveway. She was up there in age and as expected had a huge Suburban suv. She could barely see over the wheel and when she parked she was always about two feet into my drive. I would always say something to her about it yet she would act embarrassed and apologize but then she would keep doing it. So what I did was, I parked the work van I used to pick up vegetables at the farmers market for the restaurant and block her driveway.
