Then he tells the story of Carl Weathers auditioning for Apollo Creed. Apparently, Weathers punched Stallone in the forehead during the audition. 😂 And the fight scenes were anything but quick to make, Stallone says they spent roughly 35–40 hours rehearsing for every minute of fight footage that actually made it into the movie.
