He doesn’t get talked about enough, so I will do the talking 🗣️🗣️🗣️ He was ahead of his time because he could pass, he had a 3 point shot (he was shooting 40%+ from three early in his career but not taking many), and he could drive to the basket- in an era where a lot of power forwards didn’t really have a perimeter game. He was a top 10 power forward in the league for most of his career and a top 5 power forward for a long time too. Keep in mind that was in an era where he was matching up with Garnett, Tim Duncan, Nowitzki, Rasheed Wallace, and late-career Karl Malone. He played against many of the all time great PFs and held his own🔥

💔 💔💔WE LEFT BORRIS CARLOW HEARTBROKEN, ANGRY AND ASKING: HOW IS THIS ALLOWED TO HAPPEN?💔😡😡😡 Yesterday our MLHR team made an emergency trip to the horse fair in Borris, Co. Carlow, and what we witnessed was devastating. Horses left without food or water, exhausted and some in terrible condition. One young horse, only around a year old, was covered in ringworm, had just one shoe and was desperately weak. He was being sold for €150. Thankfully, we managed to get him out before he was sold. He is now safe with us and receiving veterinary care. ❤️‍🩹 But it wasn't only the horses. We witnessed people shooting pellet guns at locals and at animals. One mare who was shot with a pellet gun went running up the street with her goal following, heart breaking , 😡😡💔💔💔💔 We also tried desperately to help two puppies, but by the time we found a Garda who was willing to help us, the puppies had disappeared.😡💔 At one point, a member of our MLHR team was also put in danger. We raised our concerns with Boris An Garda Síochána , but we were deeply disappointed that we did not feel the seriousness of the situation was being taken as seriously as it should have been.💔😡 We always work and highly respect an garda Siochana , some of our volunteers and friends are Gardaí, which is why this experience was particularly upsetting. We left Borris angry, heartbroken and exhausted, wondering how this level of suffering can be allowed to happen in Ireland. And this isn't just about Borris. These fairs happen across the country. PLEASE, DON'T LOOK AWAY.💔💔💔 If you see animals being neglected, denied food or water, injured, sick or in danger, REPORT IT. Document what you safely can and speak up. And please help us care for the pony we managed to rescue. His veterinary treatment, medication, feed, farrier care and rehabilitation will all cost money. 💔 💔💔WE LEFT BORRIS CARLOW HEARTBROKEN, ANGRY AND ASKING: HOW IS THIS ALLOWED TO HAPPEN?💔😡😡😡 Yesterday our MLHR team made an emergency trip to the horse fair in Borris, Co. Carlow, and what we witnessed was devastating. Horses left without food or water, exhausted and some in terrible condition. One young horse, only around a year old, was covered in ringworm, had just one shoe and was desperately weak. He was being sold for €150. Thankfully, we managed to get him out before he was sold. He is now safe with us and receiving veterinary care. ❤️‍🩹 But it wasn't only the horses. We witnessed people shooting pellet guns at locals and at animals. One mare who was shot with a pellet gun went running up the street with her goal following, heart breaking , 😡😡💔💔💔💔 We also tried desperately to help two puppies, but by the time we found a Garda who was willing to help us, the puppies had disappeared.😡💔 At one point, a member of our MLHR team was also put in danger. We raised our concerns with Boris An Garda Síochána , but we were deeply disappointed that we did not feel the seriousness of the situation was being taken as seriously as it should have been.💔😡 We always work and highly respect an garda Siochana , some of our volunteers and friends are Gardaí, which is why this experience was particularly upsetting. We left Borris angry, heartbroken and exhausted, wondering how this level of suffering can be allowed to happen in Ireland. And this isn't just about Borris. These fairs happen across the country. PLEASE, DON'T LOOK AWAY.💔💔💔 If you see animals being neglected, denied food or water, injured, sick or in danger, REPORT IT. Document what you safely can and speak up. And please help us care for the pony we managed to rescue. His veterinary treatment, medication, feed, farrier care and rehabilitation will all cost money. If you can donate €5, €10 or whatever you can afford, please do. If you cannot donate, PLEASE SHARE. This poor pony had nobody speaking for him yesterday. Today, we are his voice. 💔 This has to stop. PLEASE NIGERIANS, HELP MY BROTHER 😭😭 Help me tag Michael Achimugu 🙏 My brother is going through a very serious situation right now. He returned to Nigeria from China today, May 11th, 2026, aboard an Ethiopian Airlines flight. After landing early this morning, he discovered that only ONE out of his FOUR bags arrived. He immediately reported the issue to airline officials, filled out the necessary forms, and was told the remaining bags would arrive later in the afternoon. When he returned to the airport this afternoon to collect them, he discovered that one of the bags had been vandalized and five phones were missing from inside — including Google Pixel 9 Pro and 9 Pro XL devices 😭💔 He went to the airline’s office in Abuja to report the theft, but they only asked him to send an email. Out of frustration and shock, he raised his voice at the airport, and people around him reportedly said incidents like this have happened before and that he is not the first victim 😭😭 The most painful part is that the phones do NOT belong to him. 🙏😭 Please Nigerians, help us amplify this until something is done.

My scary self went to go see Sinners and …. IT WAS AMAZING 😭 it’s so much to talk about lmao - the juke joint dance scene had me almost in tears . Chills literally - Mary & Pearline husbands at home wondering where tf they at 😂😂 - it’s Mary fault that everybody start getting bit up cause she wanted to go outside , even after Stacks told her NO . - Stacks & Smoke need their own spin off movie & I knew Stacks was gone be the one to mess up cause he had that Ne-Yo fedora on lmao - Annie is a REAL ONE !!! ☝🏾 DELTA SIM is too ☝🏾 - Preacher Boy was amazing & his gift being able to transcend generations and being that influential explains why it was being attacked . - Preacher Boy a freak tho , munching on that musty cat .
