@CadioArena Cholesterol is not a problem inflammation processed foods and seed oils. Statins cause Alzheimer’s and dementia. The brain is fat loves fat cholesterol level 300 and under is excellent and so does every cell in your body. Levels under 170 say hello to cancer wake up

@Artofphysique_ I’m a heart patient since 1984. Now at 82 my cholesterol remains around 110, even dropping to 89. Still I suffer from shortness of breath. Two heart surgeries, 8 stents and now pacemaker.

Cholesterol is not a problem conversly is a great predictor of longevity, inflammation is a problem, sugar, processed food, seeds oil, literally destroyed your body and then cholesterol fixes it, so why is there. Don’t watch what they show you, seek what they hide from you!!!

I have CAD,had 2 heart attacks,1st 93% blocked in coronary artery,2nd 99% blocked. Almost died. 4 stints.Still have 36% blockage right where artery meets heart.6more6% in widow maker area. What can I do to clear arteries of cholesterol. I eat very healthy. Any advice welcome
