@synthesiaIO @vriparbelli Worth noting who's saying it: Synthesia sells AI avatars for sales videos. Big-ticket deals stay human, but the SDR who sends the 200 cold emails is the seat that's actually at risk.

@synthesiaIO @vriparbelli Agreed for big deals, but buyers want to talk to someone once they're already convinced it might work. The part they'd rather skip is the first 45 minutes of discovery and a generic tour.
