She’s assuming it was one of the neighbors, but someone called the police. It turns out the city has a no parking ordinance. She didn’t accept the news well because now she’s riding around on her bicycle and calling the police on anyone who parked in the street as well. Considering how she didn’t like it when someone else did it to her, is she being extra petty by now doing it to everyone else, fair is fair right?
