And the judge clearly states that the bond is set as high as it is because of “how many people were out in the courtyard and at the courthouse and the seriousness of the crimes”. He’s a public nuisance and does it while armed. In my interaction with him, he was armed with a gun. People should not be purposely antagonizing people, especially saying racist statements, while being armed. That’s actually part of the Tennessee Carry Laws.
