US has been very successful in dumping all outdated weapons($28B worth) on TWN. The total amount $28B was paid off completely 8 yrs ago, but no weapons have been delivered yet as of today. Twn is literally the US ATM in Asia. All US retired politicians R collecting dues from TWN.
