If you noticed in this World Cup games, the referees overlooked many acts that were considered foul in the past. They let the players play in this world cup and anybody who did not notice that knows nothing about the history of the world cup and football in general. There was nothing to alert there neither was there anything to ignore there. There was no ball with any of them aa they were not contesting for anything. That's salah been alert incase they pass the ball to him and that's a defender protecting his territory.
