@SoulProvocateur A $500K trust compounding at ~5% w/ a 50% reinvest rule can turn into $13M+ across 4 gens. The math checks out. But the real test is discipline: surviving taxes, inflation, market chaos & family decisions. Generational wealth isn’t an accident — it’s engineered.

If you use the Rockefeller strategy, you put life insurance on every single member of the family so therefore, even if they do turn out to be fuck ups, it doesn’t matter because when they die, they’ll make you all richer. You leave that money inside of an irrevocable trust you have a trustee look over it and they’re only allowed to buy more life insurance pay for educational expenses and invest in business ventures.

@SoulProvocateur By the third generation of granchildren a hamburger will prob be $1M, that’s a terrible return for 21 years lol. There are better CAGR’s out there.

@SoulProvocateur Wrong. Do not have your policy owned by the trust. You make the trust the beneficiary of your policy. People get on social media and say anything.

@SoulProvocateur Now tell them what the premiums are! This is clearly not for term but whole life which has crazy premiums. The embedded return is less than 6% which is less than the market overall. Not bad if you have the funds upfront otherwise pipedream. @grok expand on my assertion.

@SoulProvocateur I’m so glad we’re having these discussions…but I think people need to know insurance is meant to protect wealth and stocks and real estate are better vehicles for growing wealth especially in the AI Economy -numerous industries are projecting 30% plus growth
