If you REALLY STRUGGLE to rotate in the backswing & it's forcing you to swing the club steep in the downswing, this could be a game changer for you! Drop the trail foot back & flare it open! This will open up your hip flexor a lot more than if your stance is square Try doing this as a drill at first & if you find it helps, maybe don't exaggerate it as much in a normal swing

~ About ‘Loser (ft. Yena)’✨ 🐹: Yena joined me on this track. I actually came up with the concept for this one as well. Honestly, other than DSYLM, I created the concepts for all the other songs too. For this song, I tried to be imaginative with it. 🐹: I’ve never dated anyone during my student years so I imagined a lot about what it would feel like if students were in a relationship. 🐹: It also reflects a bit of my own personality to lead to kind of childish arguments. Like, one says 'You think you can live without me?' and the other snaps back,'Well, can you live without me then?' Then the guy says something like I’m good-looking and all… you’ll regret it if you let me go' and the girl’s like 'you would regret it just as much if u let me go!' I wanted to try with this kind of concept. 🐹: When I heard the song, I just felt like Yena would be the perfect fit for it. So I reached out through my company and asked if she’d be interested in working it with me, and thankfully she said yes. That’s how this really wonderful song came to be. 🐹: So, I think this might be the song where my imagination came through the most. my new song “BREAKDOWN.” is out on the 21st of June!!! 🖤🖤🖤 I wrote this poem because it’s been the hardest year for my mental health. In my life I’ve always never felt good enough, it’s just the thing that’s eaten me up. For as long as I can remember i have felt constantly afraid of how quickly my head can turn dark. It’s always been so hard to fight the darkness that i inevitably have. A lot of people will say it’s a phase and it will go away. But it doesn’t and the reality of the situation is I have to find strategies to deal with it. To put it plainly the things I don’t like about myself will probably never change, people tell me one day I’ll come-to terms with them one day but I want that day to be FUCKING NOW. This song is a message to myself to try and exist alongside my insecurities and my darkness by grounding myself and remembering what is real in life and the world is so much bigger than me. Try and get out of your head and notice the world around you, notice the things and people around you. Connect with them, the chances are they probably feel the same. Don’t let the bullshit inside your head consume you. It just wastes precious time. Remember what is real. Help people, be kind, help the world, help yourself. If you think you can’t do it, you can. You can get through this, trust me. Use this poem in a mornin to get u out of bed, use it when youre about to back out of something last minute, use it when you’re at your darkest. It’s got a little bit of light in it. Don’t forget to put your feet in the grass … Mind

#GainzDealerTipofTheDay Major Deadlift KEY👇 Sit “BACK” into the hips! ➡️ One of the most common deadlift mistakes I see in a lot of lifters is starting with the hips either too high or too low at the start of the lift. One of my favorite ways to remedy this is to sit back until you feel the load in your glutes. This will create an “anchor” with your hips and from there you call pull your chest up and push with your legs to initiate the lift. If the hips are in the right spot, it will feel like the weight is going to “leverage” itself right off the ground due to the tension felt in the glutes at this time. The hip height on this is going to look different on everyone depending on individual leverages, but the sensation and overall function of the cue will be the same. At the start of a deadlift, we want our hips at the highest they can be with our shoulders in line with the bar. This cue will help to accomplish that! Doing something brave, and I’m still not quite sure if I’m ready. But life really is too short and hesitation would only keep getting the best of me the more I overthink it. Wrote this the day after Come Over came out on vinyl, and decided to make the most out of a rainy day a few days later. But ever since then, I’ve just been sitting on what to do with this piece of me. Because I want the guys to hear it, and how would it reach them if I didn’t share it? Why am I fighting myself to put it out there if this is the whole point? In the end, a dear friend told me to share it anyway. Not just for the guys, but also for all of you that are probably feeling the same ways and thinking similar thoughts. So here we are, and here’s an answer to “Come Over,” written by an army for bts and anyone it resonates with. If any of you are here, thank you for listening. And bangtan, if you ever find this, just know we love Come Over very, very much. Note: Listening with headphones is best🤍

Just yesterday I opened it, flipped through, and came across a poem about the Battle of Borodino. I read it and it made a strong impression on me. And it was as if he [Pushkin] told me: "Listen, you are going to the Valdai Club, take it with you, read to your guys what I think about this." I have the book with me. The poem is called "Borodino Anniversary."
