ALWAYS take the cold hard cash when posed wit questions like this. u either have $2mil on the spot $4K weekly (which is lil over $2mil every 10 yrs) either cash option could literally buy u the 850 credit score instead having to work for the credit score… 🤷🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️

Lol so $2 million debt rather than $2 million cash? You can literally fix your credit, and become debt free with that $2million and have plenty left over to invest. Over time your credit score would improve anyway.

Wrong answer. Take the 850 credit score. better long-term play. Can turned it into way more than the cash upfront. That’s what hurts our community. No long-term thinking.
