When I started following the manga weekly, G2 aired on TV. This was massive. The community was smaller of course but it was a big event. Imagine months later having a G3 in the same arc. People were freaking out G5 had lots of marketing behind but those times were priceless

Gear 2 in live action is gonna be so cool
