I know there are many people out there who credit dogs for keeping them going, getting through tough times and even saving their lives. I’ve heard the personal stories from 100s of people. Dogs are so pure and unconditional with their support and love. I can’t explain how much pressure and stress I’ve been under the last year and in particular the last 3-4 months. Tina may no longer be with us but it is because of her that I keep going on this mission. In the dark times I think about her face and her warm cosy fur. I’m not sure but were it not for Tina there are times when I might have broken or had to stop such was the suffering and pain we see. So much is about to come together… 📕 In 43 days the book about Tina will be out. It was a work of pure love. But exhausting too emotionally. 🏥 Tina’s field hospital opens on Tuesday with our new vet starting. Her big hospital is also being built. 🎤 I’m doing about 7-8 events in Ireland and England in May followed by the USA telling Tina’s story to 1000s of people. I’m terrified. 🥘 Her little sibling (in my head) Alba has her own kitchen just open feeding 1250 dogs a day ✂️ We have funded over 20,000 sterilising in 2025 already. That’s just a tiny amount of the things happening. We do them all for the street dogs but I personally do them for Tina. Some dogs (and people) shake you and move you to your very core. They are soul dogs. That is Tina for me. I was exhausted and burnt out tonight with so much to juggle so I sat in bed and opened my Tina folder of videos on my phone. I wanted to sleep but just seeing her face made me want to share a little video and write this. She just makes me want to put more good into the world for all to share. Maybe when I get through the next 2 mad months I dream of sitting on a little quiet beach somewhere on my own reading a book, fully offline and just thinking about Tina. I’ll tell her about all that has happened. I’ve not been able to do that yet. But for now there is one more big push needed in Tina’s name 💛💙

Steph Curry’s favorite draft night memory was how loud New York fans booed when Golden State selected him at No. 7: “Well fun fact, not fun fact, horrible fact. That day was the day Michael Jackson passed away — June 25th, 2009. So I heard Jeff Teague tell this story on his pod the other day because we were in the same draft class, but it was my dad’s birthday, it was the day Michael Jackson passed. In New York, it was just the idea of being in the city getting dressed like, I did the old, it was like the premature ‘Get Ready With Me’ situations. When I had on my fit with a little purple tie, nervous is all I get out. But one, I didn’t know how long the night was going to be. And so you’re there for 2 hours before David Stern, at the time the commissioner, before he even walked out. And so, there were a lot of fans in there, a lot of New York fans, which is pretty awesome. My favorite moment is how loud they booed when Golden State selected me at No. 7. They booed like crazy and I’m trying to have that moment, but I couldn’t get that distraction out of my head. It’s like, ‘Are they booing?’ I was like, ‘Oh, no, they really wanted me. I got it. That took me a second.’ In that moment, there’s just so many thoughts going on. But getting that call from Larry Riley, the GM at the time, Don Nelson, who was the coach at the time. Getting that call and being like, ‘Hey, we’re looking forward to having you. I’m excited.’ And then me quickly looking at my phone trying to figure out exactly where Golden State was. It was like all I was thinking about was New York. But careful what you wish for. And I’m glad it went my way for sure.” (via Fudd Around and Find Out)

This is the state of American Healthcare “The doctors office refused to see my 5 month old because we didn't want to give her 6 vaccines” The office had 3 different doctors try to convince him and then refused his daughter as a patient “Today me and my wife took my 5 month old daughter to the doctor's office for a wellness visit, to get checked on and all that. Well, she was due for her vaccinations. Well, I'm not comfortable with giving my daughter vaccines, especially 6 of them. And even one of them had 3 vaccines in it. Like, what if she has a bad reaction? You know, I personally know a few people that their babies were perfectly healthy and then they got vaccinated and now they're in wheelchairs or they can't talk or something's wrong with them for the rest of their lives. — I didn't think it was a wise idea to give a little baby with a little mind like that multiple vaccinations. You know, it's just there's a chance that something could happen. — I just find it irresponsible to do it that way. So they didn't want to do that. I had 3 people try to talk me into it. Now I will say this, they were very respectful about it, but obviously they can't see us anymore. So this is a second doctor now that refuses to see my baby because we don't want to get the second round of vaccinations. We got the first round. And the crazy thing is, is one of them is the polio, which the polio is pretty much gone, eradicated, right? Second one is hepatitis. I don't think my daughter's going to be having or using drugs or needles anytime soon. Do you get what I'm saying… It just doesn't make any sense to me. But I just find it insane that they want to quit seeing my kid over that. I think that needs to change. And Donald Trump, if you see this video, will you please look into the vaccinations and change this policy that the doctors have? Because we all know doctors get some money from the insurance companies for, for doling out these vaccines and that's what it really comes down to. And the sad thing is they're not worried about my daughter. They're not worried about this. They seem to only worried about the vaccinations I don't know. It's insane to me. It needs to change.”
