Admin, show this to Doc! 🚨 Word from hubby: “Dave, I want to personally give props to you, Sir. The fans don’t see what an extremely difficult job you have as our manager. And that’s okay that they don’t. They’re fans, their support & cheers is all we need from them. However, I want to take this moment to acknowledge YOUR contribution to this team’s success. You have to coronate a brutal 162 game schedule in a 6 month span, you have to review & implement analytical data DAILY, managing bullpen & knowing when to rotate pitchers, being adaptable in knowing in-game forsight, and let’s not talk about YOUR EXCEPTIONAL LEADERSHIP qualities. Managing 26 GROWN men, with possible fragile egos, different personalities, different personal styles and multi-million dollar salaries will BREAK any manager, but NOT you Dave. Your emotional intelligence is by far exquisite. You know how to tame a locker room of powerful & elite players, and you do so with compassion, patience & integrity. My Dad would always tell me “Never follow a man who has never led, and never lead a man who can never follow.” You are a VETERAN , who can lead and follow. You’ve proven to be the most successful, most reliable, most trusted, most loyal, & most knowledgeable manager in the league. Your sacrifices, rather big or small, will always be appreciated. Your “Champion” mindset is the very core essence of this team’s success. Without your consistent love & respect for this organization, the #Dodgers would NOT be as phenomenal as they are right now. So, I, Marcus S., Chief Exec of my Private Equity Firm, will like to give my deepest gratitude to the “Man with the plan”, Mr. #DaveRoberts for his extraordinary 11 seasons with the Dodgers. Under YOUR leadership, we’ve won 3 WS, 100-win seasons, & YOUR 1,000 career wins. I am honored to support this team and I am grateful the Dodgers are being LED by an EXCELLENT MANAGER . So, PROPS to you Doc. Well deserved win tonight. And more wins to come. Respect, & Salute!! 🫡 🥂” 😍😍Ahhh, sorry for the long post. Hubby wanted to get that off his chest. Ok, I’m crying now. Tears of joy. 🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲You guys and your Bro Love is sooo beautiful. Congrats again Doc & Dodgers. Let’s get this 3Peat!! 🫶🏽💙💙🌟🌟🏆🏆🏆💅🏽-A’mani
