Talk to your OpenClaw🦞 over a “hacked” Google Home mini! 🦞 I finally updated this project w/ a configurable pipeline you can run entirely locally Code & getting started in🧵

Your same Mac mini can act as a hub for multiple of these around your home. Stalling & streaming handle OpenClaw’s multi-step agentic responses, so it talks back to you as it works instead of waiting till the end.

You can get PCB’s off PCBWay to retrofit your Google Home Minis ...but to make it easier I also added support for a $13 “Atom Echo” with push-to-talk. It's fun to carry your Claw around the house, and fire off requests "phone free"

This is such a cool way to give an agent a physical voice. Using a Google Home mini makes it feel like a real assistant in the room. Local pipelines are great for privacy but the biggest headache is usually keeping the server alive and handling the network tunnels so the hardware can talk to the model without the connection dropping I actually built QuickClaw to solve the infra side of this. It deploys your instance to the cloud in about 60 seconds so you have an always on backbone for projects like this. That way your Google Home stays responsive even when your main computer is off.
