A little over 20 years ago a a couple of friends and I were at beach week in Nags Head. A big party got broken up, we got out. 10 minutes later walking back to our house on route 12, 2 police officers stopped us. Asked us about the party and of course we lied and said we weren’t there. Because we were 18 and inebriated they put us in handcuffs. The male officer says “if you’re honest I will let you go” he asked “have you been drinking“ and we admitted to being intoxicated and informed the officer we could literally see our rental house. As they were taking the handcuffs off my friend Sean said to the female police officer “thank you, you put those on a little too tight. I guess you like it kinky“ We were arrested for underage possession of alcohol, disorderly conduct, and public intoxication Sometimes it’s best to just STFU 🤣

I would have been so mad even though it ended up being something you can laugh about now 😂
