Talking Roles in CoD - DO ANCHORS & OBJ ROLES STILL EXIST?

i think the idea of filling space on the map has caught on more as time has gone on. The anchor would literally never move from their powerspots back then. This is why empire was so good. They knew when to die for each other and always filled the right spots regardless of role

Anchors do not exist in ranked play

The way COD has evolved has made these roles irrelevant now. Although wish more current COD players knew about these roles so they stop over extending and learn to control the map better. Gets annoying in pubs when I'm the only one running back to anchor our home spawn. 😅

@Eluxify_ I’ve been saying this for the longest time, whoever is closest and makes sense grabs time or blocks etc etc, doesn’t matter AR or Sub in hand, how many times you going to have 4 up in a HP constantly, you need to adapt to situations and react to it 🙏

i always tell people if you hold spawns and someone dies in hill just push up and let new spawner block highly more efficient and keeps pressure

No because the spawns are so horrid you don’t need an anchor. You just run around the map hoping spawns don’t flip
