Grabbing the cage doesn’t equal a TKO, correct. However, in a finishing sequence it should then be at least reset on the ground with Lewis in top position to resume ground and pound. The ending was inevitable.

Agreed, I think the reset in ground and pound position was the most fair Not about the "inevitable" part though, it's silly to assume you can tell the future in a sport like MMA
