Karni Sena activists apprehended a young man from the parking lot of Mark Pub on Saturday night and handed him over to the Lasudia police station. The young man was identified as Fardeen Agwan, a resident of Mansarovar Colony, behind Mumbai Hospital. According to activists, objectionable chats, pornographic videos, and videos related to drug dealing were recovered from Fardeen's mobile phone. During interrogation, the young man confessed to supplying drugs at the party. Karni Sena officials say that the drug trade is steadily expanding in Indore's pubs, and students are being lured into it through fresher's parties. They allege that obscenity and drug abuse are being promoted at college and school-level parties, endangering the future of young people. State President Sahendra Singh Dixit, Manish Singh Sisodia, Mansingh Rajawat, and other officials were present at the scene. He demanded a ban on fresher's parties and said that the Karni Sena would soon launch an awareness campaign to make Indore drug-free.
