My phone started blowing up! Athletes, coaches, business leaders sending me pictures from the Pat McAfee on espn saying Pat and Grandpa Paul are talking about me right now. What!? How!? I didn’t watch the segment until later that night. Turns out they were wondering what’s it like to coach the coaches and who’s the guy that does it. I’m not going to lie. It was cool that they were sharing what I’ve been doing for 20 years, mostly behind the scenes, helping public leaders with meaningful private conversations. I can’t share what is said during those meetings but I can share the methodology and process behind them. Pat said he wants to get me on the show and I would definitely join him to share how it all works!

Happy anniversary ✨Here For It All✨ I can't believe it's already been a year! Thank you for all the love and support you've shown this album. I know how much you love the behind-the-scenes moments, so to celebrate, I wanted to share a little of my session with the incomparable Clark Sisters at the Butterfly Lounge, where we wrote "Jesus I Do" ❤️

Dropping the CapCut Video Studio Behind the Scenes Series: Episode 3 - Taking Control. Working with AI is not just about generating ideas, it is about shaping them. Outputs can vary, styles can drift, and without direction, even strong concepts can lose focus. Taking control means knowing how to guide the process instead of reacting to it. In this episode, we follow creators using CapCut Video Studio and Dreamina Seedance 2.0 as they refine their workflows. From maintaining visual consistency to scaling outputs and steering style, it is about building systems that deliver what you actually want. See how control turns possibility into precision, and how intention becomes the final result.

Dropping the CapCut Video Studio Behind the Scenes Series: Episode 4 - Finding Your Own Way. There is no single path when creating with AI. Each input leads somewhere different, and every creator builds their own rhythm over time. From first idea to final output, the process is no longer fixed, it evolves with every step. In this episode, we follow creators using CapCut Video Studio and Dreamina Seedance 2.0 as they map out their full workflow. How they move from prompt to generation, from iteration to refinement, shaping a process that fits the way they think and create. See how AI reshapes the creative journey, and how finding your own way becomes part of the work itself.

instead of a standard reveal, we rolled this out over the past days - with the collection metadata updating daily on OpenSea, as video fragments revealed how froge came to be. we did it this way so you could follow the story behind the collection and what you’re rallying behind. now the lore has unfolded, and the FROGE 69mg collection is revealed. 6,969 froges - all unique, with both 2D and 3D views available on opensea. not just a static drop. it’s built for 3D, AR, and how froge exists beyond a basic pfp. check your froge. if you’re holding - represent it. 🐸

🚨 "THIS IS ACTUALLY ALL ABOUT CONTROLLING PEOPLE" During my interview with Ben Swann, a stark warning was issued about the UK's proposed digital ID system. "They're going to say perhaps it's voluntary to start with." "They're going to say how convenient it is." "But behind the scenes... this is actually all about controlling people." The concern raised was not immigration. It was the potential for digital ID systems to be expanded over time, affecting privacy, employment, access to services and freedom of expression. Watch the clip and decide for yourself. Ben Swann Truth In Media

💔 Nepal is going underwater. Entire areas have been reduced to ruins in a matter of hours Drone footage from Nuwakot looks almost unreal: where homes and roads once stood, there are now raging torrents of muddy water, debris and buildings buried under layers of mud. At least nine people have been killed, and authorities fear the final toll could be much higher, with hundreds still reported missing. The disaster is not over yet. And the true scale of what it leaves behind is only beginning to emerge.

🚨Olivia Rodrigo in a new interview on her split from Louis Partridge: 🎙️Interviewer: Fans were devastated when they heard you and Louis had split. How are you doing, and what led to the breakup? 🎙️Olivia Rodrigo: “Honestly, I didn’t want to speak about it because the split took a huge emotional toll on me. My touring and work schedule kept me away from him, but my heart was still with him. Then I found out he had been hóoking up other women behind my back while I was gone.💔 I guess some people just can't handle the distance, but loyalty shouldn't be conditional on geography. I ended up pouring all of that grief straight into the studio, because that's the only way to survive that kind of pain. I was absolutely devastated and it shattered my trust. It was a really dark time, but it's all in the past now. I've processed it, and I'm just focusing on myself and moving forward.".”

On one of the best nights of my life, I stepped on stage to such incredible energy as I launched into Rich Dad, Poor Dad. The crowd sang along with me and almost 30 seconds to the end of the song, there was a power trip and all equipments shut down. Only thing you could hear was me and the drums. I stepped off stage to allow my technical team to figure it out whilst resisting the urge to let nervousness creep in. They sorted it out, I was reannounced and I performed Rich Dad again to the same energy as before. To most in the crowd it must have felt rehearsed and intentional. And even those who realized it didn’t care, they were there to enjoy the music. I’m happy to share with you a short documentary that takes a look behind the scenes of our preparations from 3 days out till the day of the event. Thank you for sticking with me. For My Brothers Concert (Behind The Scenes) - WE ARE VINYL documentary is now available on my YouTube … check it out and share with someone:

“The moat is quality over a long period of time." Here's my new episode with Riley Brown, where he showed me how he uses Codex to run his entire content business (1.5M+ followers), including how to: → Create thumbnails, animations, and B-roll → Research and craft winning hooks → Use agents to find content ideas proactively Some quotes from Riley: “I’ll scrape a hundred thumbnails that performed really well and test putting my face on them." (Riley uses Paper to do this) “I’ve never looked at a skill file once. If AI does a bad job, I just tell it to update the skill so it doesn’t make the same mistake again.” “I’ll walk around for 10 minutes speaking all my ideas. When I come back, AI has created 80% of the diagrams I’ll use in my videos.” I’ve admired Riley’s AI tutorials for a long time, so it was fascinating to see his process behind the scenes. 📌 Watch now: Thanks to our sponsors: Google AI Studio: Go from prompt to production fast Riverside: All-in-one AI studio for podcasts and video

With one of the toughest and most rewarding years by far of my life behind me (which I will talk more about in album 3…) I definitely feel the need to really express my gratitude and love for all of you. Sticking by me through thick n thin. I was going through a lot of personal heartbreak over the last two years and to be completely honest it almost took me out. I see Diamonds & Dancefloors as one of those albums I did because of my love for pop music. I wasn’t thinking about number 1’s at radio or anything number related. It was specifically tailored for you, the fans and it was how I felt in the moment. I truly feel like the past is now behind me and I can’t wait to start all over again with you, and into this next chapter. 🖤 … to be continued… ఌ

I need to share something about the 2:00am London algo. And honestly… you’re probably not going to like it. — Over the last few days we started a public forward test. Fully mechanical. One trade per day. No discretion. Day 1 → +$300 Day 2 → +$300 Day 3 → -$300 Clean. Simple. Transparent. — But behind the scenes… something changed. Not the results. Not the data. Not the edge. Something else. — I’ve been thinking about this a lot today. What to do next. How to handle it. And whether to even share it publicly. — Because this directly affects: the experiment the strategy and what I can show going forward — I’ll explain everything tomorrow. For now I’ll just say this: The 2:00am model is no longer something I can trade publicly. But the situation around it isn’t the same anymore. — If you’ve been following from Day 1… you’ll want to see the next update. Tomorrow.

A year ago today…The video that changed everything was born!!! 🥹✨ THANK YOU ALL for taking this idea and dream and helping it manifest into what it is today! SO many talented people behind the scenes and IN this one! From this song just being the affirmation I needed to get through postpartum, to the visual being a timeless celebration of our culture, I’m so grateful for the process and how it was received. Thanks to my mama for being the inspiration (forever and always), and Hazel for not charging full rate for her cameo. HAPPY BIRTHDAY ON MY MAMA 🍰🤎

😮 WATCH THIS VIEW FROM BEHIND CHARLIE AND TO HIS RIGHT -- THE SLOP ISN'T GOING TO CUT IT. Watch the shockwave and how it impacts his t-shirt as well as his hair. 🤯(from a bullet?) Watch as his necklace flies off and over his head. 📿 (because of a bullet?) They want us to believe that it was a bullet, yet they paved over the whole entire area where he was sitting. I grabbed this clip from Wtshesaid72 who has their own theory about what happened that day that is worth looking into. We are ALL seeking the truth my friends. SHARE THIS WITH ALL OF YOUR TRUTH SEEKING FRIENDS.

The people building AI say it could destroy humanity… so why are they still racing to build it? To help answer that, I’m joined by Karen Hao. She’s someone who’s spent years speaking to the people at the centre of this race, conducting over 300 interviews, including insiders at OpenAI to understand what’s really going on. Karen is a journalist who has been covering artificial intelligence for years, looking closely at how these systems are built and what’s really driving them. As we get into this conversation, what becomes clear is how much of the story we hear about AI is controlled by a small number of people - and how difficult it is to separate what’s being said publicly from what’s actually happening behind the scenes.

RFK Jr. just went off for 2 minutes straight tearing into the politicization of COVID. The entire room went silent. Watch: “The whole process was politicized. Senator, I mean, we were lied to about everything.” “We were lied to about natural immunity. We were lied to about, you know, we were told again and again, the vaccines would prevent transmission. They'd prevent infection. It wasn't true. They knew it from the start. It wasn't true because that's what the animal studies in the clinical trials showed. We were told that there was science behind cloth masks.” “The CDC allowed the teachers union to write the order closing our schools, which hurt working people all over the country, and then pretend it was science-based.” “President Biden said in August, I would never take that vaccine, the Trump vaccine. And he came in, he mandated it, and then he fired the two top health officials at FDA who said, hey, this thing has not been properly tested. So the whole process was politicized even today.”

I wish I could share more with you guys about what’s going on behind the scenes but the reality is that no one is willing to go on the record so I can’t. I do think there are people who would share their story if they knew the backlash wouldn’t be so extreme but unfortunately this is the world we live in. I’m happy to talk to anyone who wants to tell their story. And if it’s not with me I sincerely hope some of you find an another trusted source to tell it to when you’re ready. Stop vilifying people trying to tell truth!
