Not only did Trump put tariffs on penguins, he also put a 17% tariff on Israel, even though Israel had reduced its small tariffs to 0 BEFORE Trump imposed the 17% tariff on them. Also, the only two countries in the world that had NO tariffs imposed were Russia and Belarus.
