This young woman was off on a run, she’s taking the route she normally does for a long time now. On the way see runs with her little brother and even sees her sister out running as well. As the sun sets she’s on her final stretch of her run and she’s approaching where she started out again. She sees two men on the sidewalk and right as she is about to run past them they try to grab her and take her, one of the men lunge at her as to almost tackle her and stop her in her tracks. Even after running for miles she musters up the strength in her to run away as fast as she can. It’s safe to say this is why people use treadmills but if this was you would this discourage you from running outside again, what would you do?

This is just one story among countless others in Ukraine’s frontline villages , each one no less painful, no less heartbreaking. The evacuation team Допомога нації (Help to the Nation), shared this video with the message: "Grandmother lives in one of the villages in the Zaporizhzhia region. We visited her often, bringing food and water. She has a lot of livestock, including a cow. Now her village is very close to the front line, and she needs to evacuate. At first, she agreed, but then she changed her mind. However, we are not losing hope and believe that she will eventually leave that dangerous village. Evacuate in time! Evacuation saves lives" She is actually ready to face death in her home , all what she earned her whole life, surrounded by what she cherishes, with her animals. These are the silent tragedies: not only the bombs, but impossible choice like that. May she be safe and protected, whatever the decision she will take. This is Judy Henderson. She narrowly escaped the death sentence for a crime she didn’t commit. Some say the death penalty is necessary to “crack down on crime.” But what happens when the system gets it wrong? Judy was a young mother—her son just 3, her daughter 12—when she was wrongfully convicted of capital murder in Missouri. She spent 36 years in prison before she was finally able to prove her innocence and freed. If she had received the death penalty, her name would be among other innocent lives already lost to wrongful conviction and execution in America. One 2014 study from the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences estimated that 1 in every 25 people sentenced to death in the U.S. is innocent. I am so grateful that Judy is alive and free to tell her story, and for her work advocating for the wrongfully convicted and for reform in our justice system. This is Judy Henderson. She narrowly escaped the death sentence for a crime she didn’t commit. Some say the death penalty is necessary to “crack down on crime.” But what happens when the system gets it wrong? Judy was a young mother—her son just 3, her daughter 12—when she was wrongfully convicted of capital murder in Missouri. She spent 36 years in prison before she was finally able to prove her innocence and freed. If she had received the death penalty, her name would be among other innocent lives already lost to wrongful conviction and execution in America. One 2014 study from the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences estimated that 1 in every 25 people sentenced to death in the U.S. is innocent. I am so grateful that Judy is alive and free to tell her story, and for her work advocating for the wrongfully convicted and for reform in our justice system. This is Tina today. She’s on top top form but her vet results were not good. Her kidney failure has gotten worse. I wanted to explain how and why today is a great day though… 👩‍⚕️ A team of vets (yes Tina has a team around the world offering their services for free) have said there is nothing more that can be done. It’s time to just manage her comfort. ⏰ Tina might have a few weeks or at best a few months left. 💊 She has blood pressure medicine and everything else she could need (her kidneys can’t support any more medicines) 🥘 She has a special diet that a very kind lady donated to her. The best of the best. Now the good stuff… ☀️ Tina is still feeling great. She is full of energy and went on numerous walks in the sun today 🎾 She still plays non stop with her beloved tennis balls 🥰 Tina gets endless messages of support and love from around the world. I tell her about them every single day. 😁 Tina is happiest when with her human. I’ve tailored my life so she is barely ever alone. She thrives with company and it relaxes her. 🤷‍♂️ I know people will wonder how today is a good day? It’s a good day because Tina is happy, feeling good, loved and playing. She has everything she ever dreamed of. Dogs don’t think about yesterday or look ahead to tomorrow. They live in the moment. And in the moment everything is great for Tina. ❤️ There will be tougher days ahead but today is a great day. One of Tina’s favorite Sundays ever. I can tell she’s never been happier. Her world is complete. Tina doesn’t know what is coming and my role is to just help her love her life and enjoy every second she has. Tina could have been dead alone and sad months ago and never have known any of this. She’s touched people all over the world and people think about her daily. She has her ball, her human, her friends and even though her kidneys are failing her heart couldn’t be more full. After Tina’s start in life she has shown me and others how to live in the moment. And in this very moment, today in the sunshine Tina is having the best day she ever had. 🥰🎾❤️🙏

So sad hearing about Lulu's being ill (not because of her egg allergy, her previous illness) #BaiLu She said didn't you all notice that she didn't post much on social media in August? She was sick. It was a strange illness which until now no one knows what it was exactly. Her headaches came around July 17 and hurts from her neck to her shoulders and etc. She has seen many specialist doctors i.e from skin to nerves etc but none was able to help. In the end she went for acupuncture and Traditional Chinese medicine. She got better from then onwards. She went on saying that when you're sick, you feel completely helpless and hopeless. She said for many nights including the 2 times she flew to Beijing with hhd, she was in endless pain on that long journey in the plane. But when she got off the plane and what she saw on her app are messages from people who said they loved all her dramas and is waiting for her upcoming ones, and that no matter what genre she did, it will definitely be the best. (😢😢 Crying) When she was sick, the people around her felt helpless and suffered while supporting her but when she saw these messages giving encouragements, she told herself she needs to get better. And also for today's event, her TCM doctor came. She said the doctor has not accepted a single cent from her cos his main concern is to make sure she gets better. He travelled 3 hours back and forth everyday from Shangshan Village in Ningbo to Xiangshan till late night to treat her.
