After watching this bodycam clip, do you think the police actions were justified?

@TaraBull808 Fking scary for the cop.

@TaraBull808 He earned the punch. Apparently “call your supervisor” is the new improved way of not following police orders.

@TaraBull808 Perspective changes everything

@TaraBull808 This here clip changed my mind. I was on dudes side but slamming and locking the door on the cops is gonna get ya roughed up. Idiot.

@TaraBull808 Why not just take the warning for lights and seatbelt and be on your way?

@TaraBull808 100% justified. Wow, people really do like to cherry pick the best parts of the video. The 1st video I was very much on the fence about the issue.

FAFO any normal person would have complied with the officer’s instructions but noooo because he feels entitled and is a smart ass tries to make it difficult. Its always the case, this happened with Tyreke Hill too doesn’t matter your status if you can’t follow basic instructions then deserve it

@TaraBull808 Surprise to no one. Justified treatment of a disgusting entitled asshole. He deserves all the treatment he got !

@TaraBull808 Totally justified. These morons became all self entitled after the george Floyd scam! Fuck them ..i d punch him too

@TaraBull808 The side of the road is not a court room. Why do they act like this?

@TaraBull808 Im usually on the cops side. But cmon for no headlights in broad daylight and no seat belt. Can't deny this guy is on a power trip only afforded to him by the badge. Standards and pay need to be raised for cops to attract less dummys who think they r tough.

No. I don’t agree with their actions. These two were both examples of “Officer Tackleberry” unjustified over-the-top aggression towards a civilian who himself was apparently innocent of any blatant violations of driving laws. Of course he’s going to be resistant to bullying, which this was. Bullies with badges. The stop was questionable from the outset because the weather conditions didn’t clearly fit the requirements for using headlights. Poor decision by the two Tackleberrys.

@TaraBull808 It only changes my perspective that I couldn’t hear them saying he was under arrest while he was in the car. However, the shots to the face with nothing short of police brutality and cops should lose their badge over it.

@TaraBull808 This makes nothing better for the cops. He bust the window open then punched the guy for nothing. That's a law suit right there. I bet it isn't a part of their policy to punch passively non compliant people. Cop should be charged with assault.

@TaraBull808 Why is It so hard for black people to not resist arrest from the police it’s like it’s in their DNA

@TaraBull808 Context is everything. Now I’m on the side of the police officers.

@TaraBull808 I ageee they had the right to arrest for resisting but the reason for pulling over is a little ridiculous. I mean you can see it’s not raining and uncessrybtonhabe lights on with how it appears.

@TaraBull808 Police reaction totally reasonable

His brain could only come up with three options: Strategy 1: "I dindu nuffin." + resist Strategy 2: "I can't breathe" + resist Strategy 3: "Why'd you pull me over (repeat). I'm not listening" + resist He chose #3. Strategy 4: "My bad officer. Here's my driver's license. I guess I'm getting a ticket now, right?" + comply never crossed his mind. I wonder why 🤔

@TaraBull808 He has the right to ask for a supervisor. I would have too had I been pulled over for not having my lights on in the daytime. The guy didn't physically resist or react violently in any way. The cops way overreacted and need to be disciplined.

@TaraBull808 Lmaoo the cops gave that dude so many chances. Absolute moron, my god.

👋 former dispatcher here, no love or immediate hate for cops.. but Bro didn’t help himself at all.. suspended license, failure to cooperate, blah blah.. prob had warrants too .. context matters.. sure bad cops exist, but the way this was initially portrayed.. ehhh.. they’re all the asshole in this situation imo

@TaraBull808 The guy was being a pain in the ass, but he was never a threat. Break the glass, pull him out, don't assault him. The officer who threw the punch and the grinding of his face in the pavement should be charged. But no, the taxpayers will foot the bill.

@TaraBull808 I'm so glad they decided to add body cams to police gear. It really does add the necessary context to so many encounters

@TaraBull808 The officers have had their hands tied for so many years because of pathetic laws now they’ve got to go extreme to put back law and order for all these rebellious people in our country. They think they can live stream everything and ignore their request of law and order.

@TaraBull808 Is everybody just ignoring that he didn’t have a seatbelt on as well? It is useless and stupid to argue with cops about the reason you’re being pulled over

@TaraBull808 Perfectly fine. What did he expect?

@TaraBull808 The fatigue is real.

@TaraBull808 Fair. That did definitely change the perspective. That's why I hate the internet sometimes. 😂

@TaraBull808 After seeing this angle and the beginning, the police were justified. Just comply and you won’t go to jail. It’s not hard.

@TaraBull808 He used the old "call your supervisor thing" SMH. Why do people have to be so dumb? Do what the officers tell you. He said get out of the car, he said no and closed the door. That's it dumbass, you gave them reason to go full FAFO mode.

@TaraBull808 Worth studying if black people have hearing issues? It seems they're immune to hearing unique frequencies like police speech and smoke alarms.

@TaraBull808 obey and comply. it’s easy peasy

@TaraBull808 You can't pull someone over for not having a seatbelt on, that's a secondary offense. And it is clearly daylight and he doesn't need his lights on. This is an unlawful detention. I'm on my brother's side.

@TaraBull808 I don’t fall for the excuses. He was pulled over for what his lights weren’t on. Are you kidding?
