POV: you throw through the target. This might be the most underrated cue in baseball for increasing pitching velocity. It’s the idea of throwing through the target. Tom House did a study on this. He found that 80 percent of pitching velocity comes from separation and rotation. The other 20 percent comes from how well you track toward the target and direct energy through it. I made this mistake for years. I built a delivery where I would pull off. I tried to create power with rotation alone. What actually happened was I leaked energy sideways instead of directing it through the target. One of my favorite examples is Yamamoto. He doesn’t spin off. All of his energy is directed through and toward the target. He even finishes going forward. Everything goes through the target, not just rotation. Here’s the key. You still need rotation. That’s 80 percent of your pitching velocity. You can throw about 80 percent of your velocity from your knees because of rotation. But if you don’t direct that energy through the target, you’re leaving velocity on the table.

Target has 415,000+ employees and a market cap of nearly $65B. Bar hop How It’s Done Start on one side of the stick with two targets at 7-10 yards and 1 yard apart. On the beep, engage the target directly in front of you with two shots, then engage the second target with two shots. Step over the stick and reengage the first target with two shots, and then the second target with two shots again. This drill is 8 shots total, with four on each target. Why It’s Done This drill is a great way to introduce movement into your training. If you're used to static shooting, this drill would be a great one to start with. It may be just one step, but getting your feet to do what they’re supposed to while shooting is harder than it looks. This drill also includes a couple of transitions, which will easily get you some Charlies and Deltas if you’re not careful. Things to Remember The goal is to make it sound like you're shooting one target. What I mean by that is you should try to shorten the time between targets and make the flow as smooth as possible. When you start and when you finish, be sure to check your stance. You don’t want to end up off balance. Bending your knees will help soften your movement. As always, make sure you are looking at a small spot and not just the whole target. It’s one of my favorite drill to do so give it a try! Thanks sis for the drill suggestion! Hannah

📺 $TSLA BELOW $417 — DOWNSIDE TO $366 NEXT As long as #Tesla stays below $417.42, the bias remains bearish in the 2–5 week timeframe. $417.42 is #TSLA channel resistance (sellable level), while $366.07 is a descending channel support (near-term downside target). If weakness persists, support drifts lower into the $330s–$340s. There is no compelling reason for a swing short to exit unless $TSLA closes above $417.42, or it tests the $366 area (where profits should be taken). TWO TACTICAL SHORT SETUPS: 1. So, the key question now – is $TSLA just stretching into resistance (likely a pause/pullback)? Or has it broken through resistance (start of a new leg higher)? We are leaning toward “stretching” for now, not a confirmed breakout yet. For a true continuation higher, price behavior matters.
