@Target Corporate must love this stuff. Solving this is not hard: Block ALL trading card transactions at Self Checkout. Make shoppers hand their baskets to an employee to be scanned. And put an employee at the back during a restock to stop shelf clearing.

Im filing a lawsuit against target too if they have a limit, but no one enforcing it thats on them. Had there been someone enforcing the limit this could've easily been avoided. Thats why they weren't trying to call any police. A child was hurt in their store.
