Does it seem like the return policies vary day by day based on what the employee feels like doing? Why is it that stores can post a policy for returns on the wall but then not even honor it. I know most places are supposed to do returns to you in the same method of payment you did in the first place. When I did my purchase it was done in cash but when they refused my exchange and made me rebuy it myself, they only gave it to me on a Walmart gift card. Is it possible they are punishing all of the honest customers for other people scamming them? Could be, but it makes me not want to buy anymore high ticket items from them.

POV: You throw through the target. This might be the most underrated cue in baseball for increasing pitching velocity. That cue is to throw through the target. One of the studies I read was from Tom House. What he said was that 80 percent of pitching velocity comes from the separation you create and the rotational aspects of throwing. The other 20 percent comes from how well you track toward the target and direct energy through it. This is something I made a mistake with. I created a delivery where I would pull off. I was trying to create so much power just from rotation. What was actually happening was that I was leaking a lot of energy off to the side instead of sending it through the target. Yamamoto is one of the best examples of this. I love watching him because when he throws, he doesn’t spin off at all. He lifts his leg and all of his energy goes toward the target. He even finishes by moving forward. Everything he does goes through the target rather than being purely rotational.

That round killed 21 year old Zulma Daniela Calderon Pacheco who wasn't involved in the fight at all. Jewish Americans make up 2% of the U.S. population yet are victims of 70% of all religious-based hate crimes. Those are the facts. The only way to defeat antisemitism is to name it, acknowledge it, and for all of us to confront it head-on. While Jews are the target of this hate, they are not the only victims. History is filled with many examples of when hatred begins, it does not end with its original target. Antisemitism today can quickly become attacks on the LGBTQ community and other minority groups tomorrow. It is incumbent on all of us to confront antisemitism, not just to protect members of the Jewish community but also to prevent the spread of hatred to other parts of society. People of all faiths and backgrounds must firmly stand together against bigotry and hatred, and the violence it breeds. In these dark times, we need the light that only our shared common values can bring.

A lawyer booked an Uber for four people instead of an SUV for five, so the driver refused to take the passengers out of safety. So what does the guy do next? He falsely accuses the driver of being aggressive, for racially profiling him, threatening him, and falsely claims that he heard the driver make an antisemitic remark in order to jeopardize the driver's employment. Absolutely insane. Falsely weaponizing claims of antisemitism when it didn't happen is only going to create antisemitism and desensitize people to actual antisemitic threats.

Day 3 of getting back to building my gamified workout tracker. (have some AI features) I just tested both Opus 4.8 and GPT-5.5 for the multilingual feature, and Opus 4.8 is still slightly better. It only needed one prompt to solve it. My apps always supports multiple languages because I target multiple markets and don’t want to depend on just one market. Powered by Opus 4.8, Rork, Cursor

Bar hop How It’s Done Start on one side of the stick with two targets at 7-10 yards and 1 yard apart. On the beep, engage the target directly in front of you with two shots, then engage the second target with two shots. Step over the stick and reengage the first target with two shots, and then the second target with two shots again. This drill is 8 shots total, with four on each target. Why It’s Done This drill is a great way to introduce movement into your training. If you're used to static shooting, this drill would be a great one to start with. It may be just one step, but getting your feet to do what they’re supposed to while shooting is harder than it looks. This drill also includes a couple of transitions, which will easily get you some Charlies and Deltas if you’re not careful. Things to Remember The goal is to make it sound like you're shooting one target. What I mean by that is you should try to shorten the time between targets and make the flow as smooth as possible. When you start and when you finish, be sure to check your stance. You don’t want to end up off balance. Bending your knees will help soften your movement. As always, make sure you are looking at a small spot and not just the whole target. It’s one of my favorite drill to do so give it a try! Thanks sis for the drill suggestion! Hannah
