Public youth development institutions should be politically neutral. Their boards, programmes and funding should be designed to benefit young people based on transparent criteria, not on party affiliation or political loyalty. The NYDA board is made up by the ANC Youth League.

If this at all surprises you , you must be new to the way the ANC works, but you know , this is the white mans fault and part of the apartheid legacy ect ect. The day the citizens wake up and see the truth , it will make the french revolution seems like a tea party
