Am I right? And how do you balance that? Lewis: I feel like we're going in the right direction. Rome wasn't built in one day, so it takes time to build. For me, coming into the team, I wanted to be respectful of the way they've done things in the past and just to really observe and see where our strengths and where our weaknesses are and to highlight where our weaknesses are and areas that we need to work on. But I do feel that they've been responding. I think you're starting to see, hopefully, some of the impact of the work that we're doing in the background and also into next year's car. This is a car that I've had nothing to do with in terms of developing this car over the years. Hopefully, from next year, my input goes into that car, and that will be a car that I've hopefully been a part of or will have been a part of developing. But I think we've got a really great rapport. I think we're really progressing, particularly since the summer break. I think things have started to get better, and it's all just about building trust and communication. Also, I'm coming into a team that English is not the first language, and I don't speak Italian, so it's finding a common ground. And the fact is we all want to win. We're all here to achieve the same thing, and we've got to just keep pushing. So that's why I'm trying to keep everyone motivated on difficult weekends, trying to keep everyone lifted up. But there have been many, many things we've changed this year that I suggested that they hadn't done in the past, and so they have been listening. It doesn't change straight away, just like that. There are some use cases that we have to be extremely careful about—as in all great technology. If you look at the progress of technology over the years, electricity, the internet, computers, the automobile, I think we can all, all accept that in each one of those cases, there are situations and cases where we have to be very careful about. So as the creators of this technology, the industry has to be mindful, thoughtful, rigorous about building and advancing this technology properly. This is the first technology in my generation where we invented a new computer technology where it's easier to access than not. For example the computer until now has been programmable for about 30 million people in the world. About 30 million of us know how to program it and apply it to some useful career. John Harbaugh responds to the Sun report regarding Lamar Jackson, their relationship: "We don’t take too much credence in anonymous-type sources. So, I don't know where that's coming from. I've never seen that ever. That's not something that I've ever witnessed, and I'm in every meeting. And to speculate on how I feel about it – I'll tell you how I feel; I'm pretty transparent. I think all the guys in the building will tell you if I have something of conversation, something that I want to talk to them about, I'm right up front. So, that would be wrong to say that. That's not true. I had a great conversation with Lamar [Jackson] this morning about a few things and football and how he's feeling, things like that. So, our relationship is A+. I love him. [ENG] DEW : I'm really happy. Since we're already close, getting to work on the same project gave us time to talk about how we wanted to play our characters and how things should go. And when we went to film the pilot, everything became much clearer—we could really visualize it. DEW : This project actually started when P’Chick talked to me first, like, ‘Hey, what would it be like if the plot was something like this?’ And when it came to the part involving drawing comics or manga, I felt like, "okay, this is something I can do". So the idea was that in the pilot, they would think about how each victim was murdered, and then I’d draw the manga version of it so it could be used in the story. And in the pilot, some of the drawings were done by me as well. Like the part you saw where there was blood coming out —the scene with Tee bleeding. Tul : About silence, as you (👩) said before, it's a good point. Like when the two of us or any couple get into an argument or need to discuss something, or when there’s a misunderstanding. My way of handling it… Lately, Mew’s been letting me handle it in my own way, which is to go quiet first. Because if we’re both angry, talking might just lead to more conflict. I’d rather we talked when we're both calm. I don’t like trying to resolve things in the heat of the moment. I prefer waiting until we're both calmed down. 👩: You like to take a step back first. But is Mew the type who needs to talk it out right away? Is he more hot-tempered? Mew : I have quite a temper. These days, I’m still hot-tempered, but I’ve learned how to handle things with him better. I felt that in a relationship, it’s not about winning or losing. What matters is how turn this lesson to make our love/relationship stronger/better. So I observe him like what makes him angrier, what helps calm him down and I just remember those things. To be honest, I don’t fully understand everything. I just know that if doing something like this makes him feel better, I’ll do it. If it doesn’t, then I won’t. Seokjin, you can come to us any way u like 🥺 🐹So yesterday, I really wanted to post something right at midnight, but I was not sure how to put it into words. So I just wrote something with a heart full of gratitude. I did. But then, the way I feel is that I always end up writing something that just conveys my gratitude to you all, and ah… I actually wish I could talk to you in a lighter and more casual way, but I feel like I haven’t really been able to, and I find that a bit disappointing/sad. It feels like I always come across too serious (than I meant to be). I want to be lighter and more easygoing with you, not approaching you in a heavy, formal way, but rather in a friendly and casual way. But these days, even when I try something lighthearted, there have been various things going on and with the group activities and everything and so….. So it feels like the sense of closeness has become a bit distant. I’ll try harder to connect with you in a warmer and more approachable way.

And then in my personal life, I mean, you can have lots of fun and be very creative and interact with people in a different way." "But I think it's really important to be happy and in a good place, away from the tracks. Then you arrive in a good place. If you're unhappy when you're away from it, you're often unhappy at the races." "So there's things that I've learned away from the track, from like social media, from podcasts, like breathing exercises, just about how to take care of yourself. Because these are not things that I was taught at school. I don't think there's actually anything that I learned at school that has benefited me. That I can apply. There was literally nothing that, and I think that's ultimately probably a problem with some of the education system. It doesn't necessarily prepare you for life, in terms of how to handle the mental pressures." "You know, mental health is such a huge issue around the world. And I, for one, also have been massively challenged in that area." "So learning new tools along the way, away from the race, has enabled me to arrive better prepared, better equipped, more able to deal with the pressures, the incoming assault or negativity. And then turning that into positivity and channeling that into something that I love, into racing." "Having something to be able to focus on, that's the privilege, that's how lucky I am to be racing. Brandon Roy says if he could redo his NBA career, he would spend less time playing basketball and more time preparing his body to withstand it: “The one thing that I would have changed was how I prepared. I always wanted to go and prepare as far as playing basketball.” “I would have put more time into what a lot of younger guys do really well. Sometimes you go to the gym and you don’t hoop. You just do a lot of stretching, lifting. I would have really focused on that area of it.” “We weren’t used to putting that much effort into something. I've been working with Section 8 and renting to Section 8 participants for, gosh, almost 12 years now. — I remember when I first started renting and working with Section 8, there was a mom and daughter. This is when we had to go meet them at the office to turn in the packet, and the mom was so proud that her daughter, she was able to, like, get her daughter onto the program and like, pass it down from generation to generation because they knew at that point they were, their rent was going to be covered for the rest of their lives. And we're not talking about people who are disabled and like, physically disabled and can't work. They may have been given a lot in life where they haven't really, like, developed skills or been able to, like, compete within the workforce. But where's the motivation? If you know that your rent's going to get paid, you can get on SNAP benefits, you can get free health care. We've created this society that knows that the government will take care of them and that there's no motivation for them to change their path and to take care of themselves. I mean, in the 12 years I've been doing it, I had 2 tenants work their way off of Section 8. That's it. I'm on average have about 80 to 90 Section 8 leases from year to year. So those aren't really great odds. So I think it would be good for the program to be revamped in some way, shape or form where it rewards those that work rather than it feeling like a punishment”
