Taylor’s mix of athleticism, finishing, shooting upside, playmaking, motor, defensive upside, and shot creation at his height and age gives him one of the highest ceilings in next year’s class Taylor is one of the best athletes in the country at 6’7 who has a 46 inch vertical and an elite quick first step, and he uses his athleticism to his advantage to be a highly versatile scorer. Taylor’s mix of athleticism, pace, finishing, and craft helped him be one of the most efficient PNR players in the country where he finished in the 90th percentile on 103 attempts. Taylor’s skill in the PNR helped him consistently play PG for UNC Asheville where he provided a lot of versatility as a shot creator and playmaker. Taylor was an extremely skilled driver at the rim who shot 59% at the rim on 188 attempts and is also elite at drawing fouls, he’s also good at using his rim pressure and scoring to create open shots for his teammates as a playmaker. Taylor transferred to Florida State where he has the chance to be one of the biggest breakout prospects in next year’s draft class.
