Another Chhangur Baba Gang in UP? Yet again, a case involving Hindu women, minors, and Islamists has come to light from Lucknow. Two brave victims have come forward, leading to three FIRs and rescue of 17 girls. The modus operandi is same: meeting girls online, offering them jobs or trapping them in fake love affairs, then taking them to rooms and hotels, intoxicating them, recording nude clips, and beginning the blackmail. One of the victims came to Lucknow preparing for the UP Police exam. She met one Rahul, who promised her a job. He took her to a hotel, intoxicated her, raped her, recorded a video, and then forced her to repeat it with others. The other victim, a minor from Delhi, found a number on the internet regarding a job opportunity. She was then taken to Ajmer, from there to Lucknow, and then to the same spa as the first victim. Both had been converted to Islam, abandoned by their families, and exploited by Rahul and his gang, who is actually Kamru Jamal. The others in the gang are Amir, Javed, Kamar, and others. The third FIR was also registered by the family of a minor Dalit girl, alleging she has been kidnapped by one Amaan Khan, Ameeran, and Sahiba. Activists claim that in the last three days, as many as 17 girls have been rescued, with only one Muslim and 16 Hindus. Allegations have also been leveled against the UP Police, claiming that they are registering cases under less heinous sections. The link with Ajmer raises another suspicion about what has been cooking. Allowing the girl to retain her Hindu name to serve as bait, misleading others into believing she hasn’t converted despite marrying a Muslim. And many other tactics. A system of targeted gang rape that operated in the open, and likely still does. This wasn’t just grooming. It was sexual exploitation tourism, happening under the nose of the British state. What visas were these men arriving on? Visitor visas? Spousal visas? Were they ever vetted? Were they ever removed? How many even left? We issue hundreds of Pakistani visitor visas every single day over 200,000 granted last year alone, more than double the number issued just two years earlier, with barely any meaningful checks on criminal history, local enforcement records, or links to rape gang networks, how many, like the men Jade described, are here to rape? If we had a single serious safeguarding department in Whitehall, these questions would already be answered. But they’re not because no one dares ask. How many more Jades are there? We now know that what happened in Rotherham, Rochdale wasn’t an exception. It was a model. Networks of Pakistani men were allowed to operate openly for over a decade across towns and cities in England. They weren’t just ignored. They were enabled by police, by social services, and by politicians who feared losing their seats or individuals who feared being called racist more than they feared being complicit in the rape of children. You remove it. Or you lose the right to say you care. Protection means prevention. Right now, a convicted sex offender can fight deportation under “Article 8 right to family life.” He has rights. His victims don’t. And while Labour clings to the ECHR, British girls are targeted. Borders matter. Enforcement matters. And nothing in Labour’s plan tackles either. Labour wants to teach boys to respect girls. But boys don’t learn respect from worksheets. They learn it from what the state tolerates. Shortly after his call, numerous police vehicles reportedly arrived to his aid — including Acting Station Commander Kanal Sithole from John Vorster Square Police Station. According to witnesses, Sithole entered the building and began accusing the company directors of not being worth the money they claimed Chen owed them. He allegedly refused to hear their side of the story and instead ordered their arrest — seemingly in favour of the illegal Chinese mafia operation. The arrested individuals, including members of DOP, were initially charged with intimidation. However, when their legal representatives attempted to apply for bail, Sithole allegedly returned to the station and instructed officers to add a public violence charge to ensure they remained in custody. Meanwhile, Chen, who is accused of illegally moving sugilite worth approximately R500 million, remains a free man — reportedly protected by high-ranking officials whom he claims are “his police force.” We call on the Chinese Embassy and South African justice system to investigate this matter, including the actions of the Station Commander and his team. The accused were denied police bail after being detained for more than 38 hours, and were allegedly threatened with additional charges. A case of unlawful arrest and assault will be opened by the victims, who claim they were unlawfully detained in favour of a Chinese tycoon who regularly bribes local police officials. The affected company directors have vowed to continue fighting for justice, stating that no threats or captured police forces will stop them until they recover their money and the mafia is behind bars.
