How will making cuts at the DOE change class sizes in the state? That's state education. If your funding doesn't change from the federal level, nothing changes at the state. They're just dumping administrators and their salaries.

Teachers today prioritize politics over students’ education. Their focus isn’t on teaching quality or job performance but on pushing views. Experience gets ignored; ideology reigns. Students suffer—learning takes a backseat to agendas.
