Unfortunately they mainly deal with unruly children and ignorant parents....this advert was applicable 15 years ago....the job is nothing like this anymore....clearing up after a 7 year old that hasn't been toilet trained....that's the reality I'm afraid....

Am I missing something? Mid-salary range is £20,500 for 16 hours. So pro-rota to 40 hours, we are looking at over £51,000?

Just a shame they then have about £3,000 taken off this because they are on term time only contracts , thats how valued they really are.

Scrapping the two-child cap is both anti-poverty & pro-learning. Children don’t come to school ready to learn if they live in poverty. Teachers can’t focus on teaching if they’re plugging gaps elsewhere. What goes on outside the school gates makes a big difference inside them.

The public school systems version of “academics” is teaching memorization to a test. They should be teaching… -Logic -The logical fallacies -Primary sourcing -& the Scientific Method & that’s just academics. They stopped teaching woodshop, they stopped teaching home ec, and completely abandoned skill development as a priority. The public school system is a disaster.

Each team is comprised of 1 teacher and 2 educational assistants, to allow for more in class support so every student has a better chance to succeed and teachers can focus on strong, focused teaching.
