YouTube University of Cosmetology Sciences got so big because customer service was non-existent in too many Black Salons. You have people to this day who refuse to go back. Sometimes, I'm one of them. Because I can do every hair service myself, it just takes me longer. I go to the salons for the experience. It's not worth the price if the experience sucks because basic courtsey isn't being extended.

Where is her salon. Because why am I waiting 40minutes past my time when you could’ve told me you were behind and I could’ve got lunch and a drink? Or not rush to get there on time.

I love this because I’m tired of the unprofessionalism In the hair industry.
