Team work to solve obstacles 🫡

A very well-organized event: 1. Safety first. They covered it well, and the guy with the mat tried to cover the area as much, as quickly as he could without impacting them. 2. Encourage planning, strategizing, analyzing (such as order/sequence of the members with different heights, weight, and strength), teamwork, and building trust and friendship. 3. There is an orange group behind, probably other color groups as well. Might be a competition, which also incentivizes each team to do better and do well to achieve maximum potential. 4. Well done to both the organizer and the teams. 5. Similar kinds of events (with different levels of difficulty, risk, safety, etc) should be developed at school, I know they have some, but children could benefit from them so much more if exposed more frequently, in my opinion.
