This is very random when it does happen. Your pawn copies your own actions and other actions from other pawns, learning and growing as you play. The pawn isn't going to sit at the bottom waiting for you to jump off, they follow you like dogs. Kicking the ladder is everytime tho.

will there ever be a hand to hand monk/martial artist vocation? Or perhaps a way to use other vocation abilities with no weapons via warfarer and it'd act like a psuedo monk

I do that and the pawns just jump back off or jump right over the chest to their deaths.

As someone that plays the game without pawns, i have to take a detour.

Can't wait for this DLC.

Please fix the bug where pawns are indifferent to the healing array!
