18 days of semen retention. The consequences of not masturbating are here. I told you guys the reason I was having pimples was because I was jacking off. The reason as to why my skin was looking terrible was because I was throwing away my energy. You guys made fun of me. Now look at me. You see, it is only 18 days and my skin is already starting to look shinier and it is smoother. I have not done anything special. Just walking under the sun, training under the sun, and most importantly, holding on to my energy. Every time I throw away my life force, my creative energy, my immune goes down. That is when I start getting sick. That is when my body and my mind they start to develop issues. My life starts to take a hit. I start getting issues here and there that are not supposed to be there. Right about now, I am building the foundation. This is purely based on my own personal experience. It is just observations day in, day out. If you are not with me on this journey, one to you. 1%. And by the way, you can see my eyes, right? They're bloodshot, right? Give it time.

5 DAYS OUT FROM MY COMPETITION. This video was filmed 24 hours before my return video last week. My coach decided to carb me up because I was looking flat so here’s how we filled me out for the shoot with a full day of eating. 🍚🥯 This whole journey has been UNREAL! Appreciate every single one of you who’s joined the G7 Mindset Movement this past week whether through downloading the app or joining 1-on-1 coaching. The journey is now bigger than me with ya’ll as the purpose. ❤️

After many requests, here is my full stock scanning and daily process to swing trade momentum breakouts. I've been swing trading momentum stocks and averaged 100%+ returns per year, with $1 - Avg $ volume past 20 days is 20MM min - 8 >20>50 EMAs - Close above 20 EMA - Close > previous day high - CML indicator GREEN I just inverted these for shorts, and the same for ETFs long and short. My universe is US stocks + American depositary receipts. Once I get my scanning going, all I do is identify stocks breaking out according to my rules. I manually go through the scan results (shown in the video), identify potential setups, bring them onto TradingView, and decide if I want to enter. If you want to know more about my setup and how I swing trade momentum breakouts long and short to play with this scanning process, make sure to read my latest explanation in the tweet below. Once I identify with a manual review a setup that meets my criteria, I load it into TWS, make sure my position sizing is in check to risk 1% per trade from entry to stop, and enter. After 4:00 pm EST, the markets are closed, and I enter my stops and my BE alarms. That's it. I close my computer and come back the next day, and repeat the process, every day, every week, every month, every year. If you are NOT doing the same thing over and over in your process, you are doing random stuff. As you see, scanning is NOT the answer to a profitable strategy. Scanning is a process that derives directly from your EDGE. Not the other way around. Once you know what your edge is with extreme detail, you know how to find the stocks you want. Remember. Setup > Process > Scans. Everything starts with your EDGE 📈

Training to get drafted Day 3: One of the biggest things I’ve been working on lately is my pelvis rotation. I’ve talked about this in the past—how my pelvis wasn’t fully clearing and fully firing. For a long time, I thought the issue was that I just needed to rotate harder. What I started to realize, was that the real problem wasn’t my pelvis at all—it was my foot. Because my foot wasn’t firing, my hip wouldn’t fire correctly, and my knee would try to take over. My cue used to be, “Alright, slam the knee down to rotate the pelvis.” But what was actually happening was my foot would get stuck. It wouldn’t clear. It wouldn’t fire. When I started looking back at video from times when I threw harder, the difference became obvious. My entire foot had cleared and fired. That’s why one of the biggest things I’m working on right now is getting my foot through and fully rotated—firing the foot. Because if I’m able to fire my foot, and you actually feel this, you physically can’t keep your pelvis closed when your foot is in that position. Everything opens. One of my favorite cues for this is “get to my shoelaces.” This is something I got from Albertus, my partner. During the drive phase, all I’m thinking about is getting to my shoelaces. If I can get my foot into that position— I know my pelvis will clear. And if my pelvis clears, I’m going to create elite pelvis rotation. That’s one of my mechanical focuses right now. I’m posting every day until I get drafted. I’ll see you tomorrow.

You don’t know what rock bottom is 2 and a half years ago I was down to my last few hundred dollars in my brokerage account. I had just gotten married and dropped out of school. But on December 6th, 2023, my life changed forever. Everything finally clicked. Years of failure, frustration, and trying to figure out my purpose suddenly made sense. Today I’m in a position where I never have to think twice about finances. I’m able to take care of my family in every way possible. This isn’t a flex. It’s a reminder. Hard work does pay off and your day is coming too, but only if you refuse to give up. From a few hundred to millions. It’s possible, trust me. I’m grateful and blessed to be able to do this every day. The work is far from over though, we’re just getting started.

🚨 Tucker Carlson insinuates what JD Vance should do as VP based on his own views… “I would attack you (Trump) and do press conferences every day from my house… if it were me I’d say I’m out.” Tucker finishes to say “Trump is not just going in the wrong direction but committing TREASON.” I want nothing to do with this plot against our President. NOTHING. ❌

031426 BAEKHYUN WEVERSE LIVE 🐶: I’m going to be living really well. Watch closely. What I’ll look like a few years from now. I think everything is a process, and everything is learning for a big success. And there’s something like a law of positive strength and mindset, like the total power of a person. If you look at my eyes, they’re not the eyes of someone who’s struggling, right? I can still do things in a cool way, I can still do cool things, and I can do things that will make you really surprised. So our Eris should eat well, think about me a lot, and don’t diet. Because I’m really someone with a strong mentality, so don’t worry about me. I love you. With all my sincerity. Fighting! Alright, everyone, attention! Here, fighting!👊🏻(Fist bump the camera) I’m not hitting you though. (Jokingly) Today isn’t White Day, it’s actually Fighting Day. Hehehe.

🔥🚨 BOMBSHELL JUST DROPPED 🚨🔥 Stephen Miller just revealed the truth the open-border crowd NEVER wanted you to hear… DHS is now building ONE FULL MILE of brand-new border wall EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. Not next year. Not “soon.” RIGHT NOW. While the cartel-funded media stays silent, America is finally taking its border back — mile by mile, day by day. This is the most aggressive wall construction in U.S. history. The invaders are losing. The cartels are panicking. And the American people are winning. KEEP BUILDING. SEAL IT ALL. NO MORE EXCUSES. If you still believe America has the right to exist as a sovereign nation — smash that RT and drop a 🔥 below. The wall is rising. The fight is on. And we’re just getting started. 🇺🇸
