Teasing out your true desires…

Remember, just because you can name what you want, it doesn’t automatically make it worth pursuing. Make sure it’s in line with your core beliefs and values. Make sure your not just doing it for external due to pressure/praise but it comes from at least partly a place of intrinsic desire. Find out what you truly want, remember your why and remind yourself when your motivation wanes!
