We don’t want the tech for Viksit Bharat where trains run late by hours in double digit. Today 12369 Kumbha Exp has been rescheduled by 14 hours. Why can’t Railways have extra rake to run trains on time if the corresponding up/down train is abnormally delayed? @RailMinIndia
