@NChartierET ❓ We have bacteria in our bodies. Is the SV40 promoter with the antibiotic resistance genes taken up by these bacteria? If so, what would this mean for the person?

@NChartierET I don’t know. A few folks have claimed the LNPs are not effective at transforming bacteria. But there is a process known as bactofection that could occur in the gut.
