As soon as I saw that scene in Ted Lasso I paused it and was like “was that just a nod to Carolina?”….Also in the show the book being changed from “Lasso Way” to “The Richmond Way” seemed like a nod to “The Carolina Way” . As Dean never wanted it to be about him.
