These types of posts are the best …from the greats. I would have loved to had them to show during my coaching days since the numbers and the visual do more than what I told my players of “wait for your dream pitch when the count is 0-0, 1-0, 2-0 etc.”.

I love Ted giving baseball PhD level instruction to kids who all look more interested in the chicken or peeing their pants. It’s great advice however

Back in the 70s I was a pretty good hitter going into high school I bought Ted Williams science of hitting and I lost my swing.
