Teddy Pendergrass — “Close The Door”

🤔 Fun fact: The song was a massive hit, reaching number 1 on the Billboard R&B chart. The crazy part is it was originally intended for Blue Magic, but producers Gamble & Huff gave it to Teddy instead. He recorded his iconic vocal performance almost in one take, turning it into the ultimate "close the door" slow jam of the 70s. Did you know? 🤯
