Why are women only wearing their heads uncovered? Why aren't they completely naked?

Who are you trying to convince? Brainwashed westerners with an average IQ below 20? They will always think bad about or even hate Iran for one reason: Iran is strong. They make their own decisions without foreign interfering. So they will be hated as long as that is the case.

Thanks for sharing. I didn't know it is like that over there. I was surprised to see the women look so modern. There is an assumption that they must cover their hair or they'll be harassed or even sent to jail... Looks like any other city.
